Branding & Media

In the Branding and Media area the focus burdens on a dual-purpose accomplishment. On the first hand, this area aims to create, support, and strengthen the image of Cattolica Students Venture, coherently with our vision, mission, and values. Secondly, it is committed to communicate in a proper way with our target, which consists of students, associations and firms, and to create engaging content for social media. These two missions are strictly related and to successfully achieve them extensive creativity, communication ability and language proficiency are strongly required.

Business Analytics

The Business Analytics team solves business problems by using data analysis, statistical models and other quantitative methods to improve decision-making process. Data management, data visualization, predictive modelling and optimization are the main tools used to create precious and meaningful insights from data. More specifically, three types of analytics represent the focus of the area in driving the decision-making process: descriptive and diagnostic analysis, which communicates what phenomena has already happened and why, predictive analytics, which illustrates scenarios that might happen, and prescriptive analytics, which informs about situations that should occur in the future.

Logistics

The Logistics area is strongly committed to the logistical and operational management of each CSV project, aimed at achieving an excellent result and managed in detail. The team interfaces with outstanding companies and individuals from which to learn and with which to establish lasting and beneficial ties. Finally, the analysis of technical and operational aspects of each relationship represent a valuable support to CSV in achieving its mission and vision. The area has two sides, of which one being more creative and relational, while the latter more operational and analytics, controlling costs and timelines.

Partner & Public Relations

Partners & Public Relations area evaluates exuberant, expressive and persuasive people, who show themselves to be very confident English-speakers, capable of interfacing with any interlocutor and in any and most diverse situation. It is the responsibility of this area to establish and maintain valuable partnerships with third parties and take care of direct communication with external stakeholders, assuring them the best possible treatment. Building relationships of trust that can last over the years is the very first priority here, forward-looking ensuring a solid foundation for discussion, collaboration, and for associates’ future careers.

People & Talent

The People and Talent team manages the associative cycle of each human resource within the association. Therefore, this area consists of two main processes: initially, it deals with talent attraction and recruitment and subsequently it will also deal with the on-boarding and performance measurement process up to the members’ exit. To improve the associates' experience within Cattolica Students Venture and give added value to everyone’s journey is the main goal of this area. The People and Talent area is finally responsible for the upcoming selection process of the Business Game candidates too.

Tax & Legal

Tax and Legal area ensures that the entire association is always at the top in terms of compliance. For each collaboration, it takes care of adjusting the relationship in detail and provides the most rigorous and reliable outcome. More specifically, the area is divided into two branches: the first one concerns the Tax concept, managing the cash flows of the entire association and assisting legals for particularly expensive contracts; the Legal part, on the other hand, is responsible for regulating and supervising every intended step in the interaction with partners or contractors. Precision and accuracy are a must here.
