Who's behind CSV

As 10 founding members, we value our different backgrounds, not only academically speaking but also from a professional point of view. We bring together our experiences to offer our expertise to other students. Our aim is to challenge ourselves and grow up together. Our goal is to overcome our limits and learn from each other, outside and inside our association.

Board of Directors

Alessandro Ganci

President & Founder

22 years old, proud Co-founder and President of CSV.

Currently attending a MSc programme in Management, Alessandro has just undertaken a study path in France for the next few months. In concomitance with his studies, he has also concluded very recently a work period at Amazon in the product management field, having previously undertaken another interesting formative experience with Ikea.

Alessandro is an unbeatable resource of ideas for the whole group and a continuing source of inspiration. His tenacity and determination have allowed him to best lead the group so far, being able to communicate the values that in the first place had guided him with Stefano to the founding of the organization.

Stefano Iacuitti

Vice President & Founder

22 years old, proud Co-founder and Vice-president of CSV.

Stefano is attending a MSc programme in Innovation and Technology Management and has found himself on the other side of the world undertaking a study path in South Korea. With previous experience in auditing at PwC on his resumé, Stefano also distinguishes himself, among other things, for quite exceptional IT and analytical skills.

Stefano is able to make a true difference within the group, providing.new lessons for anyone every day. He is always ready to give concrete support to other associates with innovative solutions and operational contributions, as well as to handle the association's ranks from the top alongside Alessandro.

Camilla Fallarino

Project Management Officer

23 years old, Project Management Officer.

Currently pursuing a MSc programme in Economics, Camilla returns greatly enriched by an academic semester entirely spent in the United States. At the moment, Camilla is working as Project Management Office at Accenture, concurrently with her studies, and is ready to convey all her preparation acquired on the workplace for the benefit of the group.

Camilla is the ultimate example of confidence and precision, that guide her in the project management of the group. Thanks to her precious support and her genuine passion, all areas of CSV are able to collaborate organically, receiving the right input and staying tightly focused on their tasks, in compliance with their relative deadlines.

Francesca D'Antuoni

Branding & Media

23 years old, Head of Branding and Media.

Francesca is attending a MSc programme in Management and has recently concluded a career path at Mondelez International in the field of brand management, having previously had the chance to test herself with the company Coty. Francesca is spending the next few months studying in the Netherlands, while continuing to lend her valuable contributions from miles away.

Her organization and creativity allow her to range from meticulously planning a marketing plan, to devising unique and engaging content. Either way, Francesca is always ready to give a helping hand enhancing the association's identity and values.

Martina Voltolini

Logistics

22 years old, Head of Logistics.

Martina is currently pursuing a MSc programme in Innovation and Technology Management. She has not been lacking opportunities to prove herself in the academic sphere or outside of it, participating in a variety of activities that would enhance her proficiency, to the point of even getting involved in the work arena, with Credit Agricole, where she worked in the acquisitions office.

Martina is brilliant at weighing her dynamism with rationality, so that she can manage logistics and operations effectively, while still having a broader and more visionary focus for the benefit of the group.

Laura Cotta

Partners & PR

23 years old, Head of Partners and Public Relations.

Laura is attending a MSc programme in Management and can claim a study experience to her credit that took place in the city of Hong Kong. Having undertaken a career path in the global finance office at Gi Group Holding concurrently with her studies, Laura is excited to channel all her energies into the development of this project as well.

Her communication skills allow her to interface with any interlocutor and in any situation, while she can balance her interpersonal skills with rigorousness and consistency, being able to concretely and effectively support the group from within.

Claudia Camagni

Tax & Legal

23 years old, Head of Tax and Legal.

Claudia is currently attending a MSc programme in Law and represents the group's legal liaison. As she can count behind her background of work experience at Studio Legale Avv. Campisani, Claudia has been able to put herself on the line and lend her contribution to the more experienced professionals, moving at an equal footing.

Thanks to her precision and accuracy, Claudia overlooks nothing when it comes to compliance and she represents a bastion of reliability for the whole group, letting her judicial knowledge guide practices in interacting with partners, as well as in drafting and dealing with crucial and significant contracts.

Sofia Frabotti

People & Talent

23 years old, Head of People & Talent.

Sofia is attending a MCS programme in Management in the Human Resources field. Very passionate about foreign languages and travelling, Sofia is a very determined girl and thanks to her communication and organizational skills she is able to manage the People & Talent area in CSV.

Leonardo Verdirosa

Business Analytics

23 years old, Head of Business Analytics.

Leonardo is currently attending the first year of a master's degree in Banking Sciences, precisely in Finance - Corporate Advisory, and represents the Business Analytics area in CSV. Thanks to his experiences and skills gained over time, his area plays a transversal role compared to the others, helping them to put down their ideas and plans. Leonardo is a precise, timely person who leads his area proactively, assisting associates in growing and learning new skills.
