Branding & Media – Content creator (Instagram)

In the Branding and Media area the focus burdens on a dual-purpose accomplishment. On the first hand, this area aims to create, support, and strengthen the image of Cattolica Students Venture, coherently with our vision, mission, and values. Secondly, it is committed to communicate in a proper way with our target, which consists of students, associations and firms, and to create engaging content for social media. These two missions are strictly related and to successfully achieve them extensive creativity, communication ability and language proficiency are strongly required.


We are currently looking for an associate to join our team who will cover the following tasks and projects:

  • Graphics development: this activity regards the creation of engaging contents, to attract the attention of our main targets - university students, firms, associations. It requires a proper brainstorming, to be coherent with our identity and successful in communicating our messages

  • Reels creation: this activity has the same intentions of graphics development: to attract attention and to engage. The reels have the power to reach a broader audience, so they can be very powerful. At the same time, they must be developed in an effective way, since there is the combination of text, images, and sound, with movement


We consider basic requirements for this position the following. But wait! As a students association, we develop most of our knowledge through the work we do, along with our team. Please apply even if you’re not sure about all of them: some may be more important than others but what really matters is you’re keen to learn new things, quickly.

  • Creative mind, to develop ideas for the graphics and for the reels, and analyze the aesthetic details

  • Know how to use PowerPoint and Canva

  • Creation of visually appealing, multimedia content

Also, nice to have would be:

  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop


Please remember, the only non-derogable requirement is that you currently are a student at Università Cattolica, regularly enrolled to a course with a length of 12 or more months. No matter in which campus, if as an exchange student, just make sure you comply with this status.

Branding & Media – Copywriter

We are currently looking for an associate to join our team who will cover the following tasks and projects:

  • Copywriting: this position is responsible for the drafting and editing of copies, for all our platforms - Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter, and website. It regards the creation of attractive texts, dealing with various interesting and relevant topics. You will have the possibility to further develop your writing skills, also thanks to the tools we have, such as the premium version of Grammarly. Lastly, if you have ideas for strengthening our communication, we are open to suggestions.

How to apply

The application form will ask you just a couple of information about you. Make sure you have your CV ready and updated!
Moreover, you will have the opportunity – not mandatory, but highly suggested! – to introduce yourself with a video to be uploaded directly into the form. It should be around 2/3 minutes and not heavier than 100MB.

How the assessment works

1st screening

It's a light screening and will be conducted on the application form you submit. Your answers will be reviewed and graded by the manager of the area you are applying for.

2nd screening

It's your individual interview! You can expect technical and non-technical questions and you can choose the language for the interview.

3rd screening

It's the trial period which follows the individual interviews. You will work as an associate of the area, working directly on a project. We do provide trainings to assist you with your work.
