The timeline

It's blind!
Our blind recruitment process involves hiding candidate's identifying factors (such as name, sex...) from applications. No CV required!
As a result, blind recruitment is useful to reduce bias among recruiters when evaluating candidates. The only identificative factor collected by our application form will be an email address, which will not be disclosed to our recruiters.
How the assessment works
1st screening
It's a light screening and will be conducted on the application form you submit. Your answers will be reviewed and graded by the manager of the area you are applying for and at least another person, to minimise biases.
2nd screening
It's your individual interview, that will be conducted by the manager of the area you applied for and one other associate of CSV. You can expect technical and non-technical questions and you can choose the language for the interview.
3rd screening
It's the trial period which follows the individual interviews. You will work as an associate of the area, working on a project assigned by your manager. We do provide trainings, at least 2, in this phase to assist you with your project.
How to apply
On this page, on September 19th and until September 25th, you will find a link to apply to Cattolica Students Venture.
At the mentioned link, you will be required to provide your email address, we will send you a personal link to apply right after! The link will bring you to a Google Form which you are required to fill in.
Take some time to submit the form! It will mainly consists of open questions. Once you submit the form, you should receive a confirmation email. You're in!
